This is no ordinary cheap pinata! It's high quality, thick, almost like a piece of plaster art. Keep in mind that the weight of this piece is no joke if you're expecting a light, flimsy cardboard piñata; it's not that. The curb weight is quite large, and when you add heavy candy or toys, hanging becomes serious. It was a quick rush as our 3 year old pulled everything at once but the 6 year old was very happy. Lessons Learned: Always let the birthday boy go first! Home quarantine birthdays survived thanks to fun activities we play as a family, and this piñata purchase was worth it. It may be expensive, but you are totally worth your money. They seem to have updated the version but I suspect it's still the high performance quality we have. No regret. Its worth it.
