For years, I have been re-using this type container I got with deli-foods. Decided to mostly switch from expensive storage containers to these after years of preferring this type. They take little storage space since they stack. The lids are all the same size so I store the lids in their own stack; and, stack the containers according to size in the cupboard for easy retrieval. All the sizes also stack in the refrigerator too, conserving space. The sizes provided handle 80% of my food storage needs.They seal well and clean up easily (hand wash). I do *not* use them in the microwave as they might deform or melt with intense heat (which I have done). Also, I did break a container dropped onto a hard surface while full (it was also cold).I do keep some more expensive containers for certain uses: large and very small quantities, microwave, odd shapes, rigid foods. you get the idea.4 star rating is entirely due to the price - not due to the limitations. Even though these are sold in small quantities (I expect to pay a premium for that), IMO they are at about twice as much as I would have guessed, based on getting them from the deli included in the price of the food.Recommend.
