I sent the first one back because it just vibrated and did nothing but flash a few lights. I have since found out that they are blocked. You have to rotate the hinged pieces to unlock them. I have no idea why they did this as it is already packaged and securely in place but it cost them some shipping cost and cost me a 2 week delay to be able to use it. Seems to be working fine. I was only testing in my living room and it took some dexterity to get the ZY Cami app working with my Galaxy S9+, but it eventually caught on and connected. It should be at the top with a piece of paper so people know they blocked it from the factory. For this reason I award 4 stars. Edit: After using it for a while I really like it. I only use it for basic functions. Nothing fantastic. It starts easily and does what I need it to, which is why I'm upgrading it to 5 stars.
