This watch was selected as the gift of choice for a particular occasion, and an order was placed for it. During the phase of the transaction in which payment was processed, it was only natural for me to check the final delivery time, which was promised to me by and not by the seller; they would bring the goods to me within three days. When I went to look at my order the day after I had paid for it, I discovered that the delivery date had been moved, and by three weeks! Both the point of issue where the goods were ordered as well as the seller are located in the same city, the goods are in stock, and delivery can begin in three weeks. There is no support service, and the only assistance they could provide was canned responses to common questions. The lowest level is service.
