Review on Olympus VN2100PC Digital Voice Recorder by Andy Kucrud

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great device for portable audio and video

As a student, some professors lecture too fast. This voice recorder is perfect to take to class and play back later to review your notes. This voice recorder has everything you need/need. First, the sound quality is excellent for a device of this size. The built-in microphone works great in the classroom. The built-in speaker is good, but I would recommend headphones for better quality. I also liked the easy to manage menu items. I, for one, hate reading pages of manuals. The interface is fairly easy to manage and will only take a few minutes to master. I also like the idea that I can save multiple entries as a folder. That's a big plus for a device of this size and price range. The battery life is exceptional. I thought I would buy an infinite number of batteries or keep charging nickel cadmium batteries, but that's not the case, that's another big plus. Finally, although the USB interface is slow, it's still pretty good for loading my audio files. Now I have the ability to save and reproduce as needed. I recommend this registrar to everyone!
