Nothing unusual, normal product.

The telescope was a birthday present. I have been using it for over five years. At first, until you get to know him, everything is in order. The kit comes with two eyepieces 20mm and 10mm. With these eyepieces you can get a magnification of 32x and 80x, respectively. For three years I used complete eyepieces, in which you can generally view the moon, Jupiter, Venus. The plastic on the mount (tripod) broke a year later in the cold -20 degrees Celsius. After three years of use with complete eyepieces, it became clear that more magnification was needed. An x-cell lx 2.3mm eyepiece was purchased which gave a magnification of 283x with this telescope. Here my expectations from such an increase were not justified. Revealed astigmatism, coma, chromatism. Who managed to correct the chromatism by adjusting the mirror. Astigmatism could not be completely corrected, a specialist in this field said that the mirror was over tightened, it was over tightened in the process of inserting it into the frame at the factory. This is no longer possible to fix. Due to the astigmatism, the image appears to be a little "blurry". As for the mount, at high magnification (in my case 283x), the image shakes very strongly from the slightest touch to the telescope. It will not be possible to follow the object for a long time, the declination knob travel is limited. To hit an object at high magnification, you need an intermediate eyepiece (20 or 10 mm) to aim at the object, you need to put it in the center, and then quickly change the eyepiece, otherwise it will have time to run away and you won’t see anything, it’s very difficult to hit immediately with a high magnification . With high magnification, I looked at Jupiter, stripes are visible on it. Saturn's rings are very visible. Venus looks like a bright month. With this magnification, you can look at the moon in detail. Observation on Uranus will not give anything, except for the point, the increase is small. Observation of the Andromeda Nebula gives a hazy, dim disk.

Pros
  • The ability to fold the telescope for transportation, a good telescope for a beginner.
Cons
  • Poor optics (maybe I was unlucky with optics), flimsy plastic on the mount, red dot sight is completely useless, wobbly mount does not allow you to aim at an object in coordinate circles.
