Considering the price, you can't go wrong. I only use them for eyelash oils so I can't speak for mascara. It gets the job done, but can get quite oily when brushing in and out, which is a given. I wouldn't take this bottle out of the bathroom as the tip cap is coming off and it's quite oily underneath. I don't want to risk it falling apart in my pocket. All in all, again for the price, if you are going to use this as a one off night for oils go for it.
