I ordered this remote because my original remote broke. It worked great right out of the box with no programming, but it's starting to die for me. The buttons are a little hard to press, especially if you have arthritis. The remote control also has white scratches on the body and the buttons are not pure white. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be. I sometimes give 3 stars
