I usually wear a medium or small in shirts and I wanted the support of these shelf bras so I ordered a small thinking if it was a little tight that would be good. However the small fits like a medium and so they provide little to no support. Also the straps can’t be tightened much. I am keeping to wear around the house but not what I wanted.
