ioSafe does not provide 10Gbps Fireproof/Waterproof NAS, only 1Gbps. I used this USB-C Gen 2 Duo as a replacement for my 1GB ioSafe NAS on my 10GB network. While the Duo is cheaper than a NAS, I do have to share it, meaning the computer it's connected to needs to be on 24/7. I need fireproof/waterproof features so I can recommend this product although I would prefer a 10Gigabit NAS.
