Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

The vacuum cleaner was unable to perform wet cleaning; initially, it claimed there was insufficient water, and then the following day, there were issues with the pump. I thought everything would be fine; all that would be required of me would be to issue a return quickly, and that would be that. However, not everything is so straightforward. Initially, the customer support service propagated the urban legend that they return the money on the same day that the products are received at the warehouse. I was moved to action. But in vain. The fastest and most expensive shipping option available from DPD, which took two days to reach St. Petersburg. After that, the enjoyable part started. The representative of the gyroshop seller was unable to pick it up for a period of six days. Following two failed efforts to bring the package to the door, I started calling the support line. Wait for me over there, wait, we put in a request, and we have no idea what's going on with your delivery. The DPD service is where I obtained all of the information. It turned out that the recipient did not get in touch, and they then generally altered the receiving address and did this multiple times. 49 hours after I made my appeal, someone stepped up and claimed that they did not check the seller, and it later turned out that the seller provided outdated information regarding his representative, who is no longer employed by them. After that, they deliberated over what to do for the next three days, and in the end, they decided to give back the money that had been paid for the cargo as well as the job. And there is no moral compensation for the low quality of service provided or the absence of a regular check of the stores that are partners with them.

  • If wet cleaning had been effective, he would not have needed to ask for a charge. In addition, if Amazon had performed preemptive quality control checks on its suppliers, there wouldn't have been any issues with the return.
