The ease of using this software makes it very simple to create, edit, schedule posts across social media platforms like Facebook & Twitter. This also helps in getting insights about your customers through analytics section which allows us to make better decisions regarding future campaigns or products/services development as per customer needs. It's hard sometimes figuring out what data shows up when you're looking at our Analytics dashboard - I wish there was more explanation so we could figure that stuff ourselves! We were able with their help by tracking down some older accounts where people had used an old email address but hadn't confirmed via phone call yet before they deleted them from Marketing Cloud.
