I did not measure the casserole dish prior to purchasing this item, but it is large enough to cover most of the casserole dish. This is a great alternative to tearing a sheet off a roll of parchment paper, which often resulted in uneven chunks and tears. I have used Reynolds parchment paper for many years. even though I have decorated many cakes. I would make cones out of it by dipping my tips in instead of messing around washing plastic cones all the time. You can't go wrong with this product. I was excited to buy these as an "supplement".
