I have worked with this team for over 10 years now as an employee in their organization or working independently through other vendors they've hired me from time too many times so that's how much trust we build up together! We are currently looking at migrating our email platform off Exchange into Office 365 but there has been some issues which caused us delays (which was not expected).
The support staff here were really helpful getting things sorted out quickly once it became apparent what needed fixing/tweaking etc., They also helped get my current vendor onboarded when switching providers - something else worth mentioning because those guys did such great work helping them understand all aspects involved before signing any contracts!! Their customer care skills definitely stand above others within similar industries who may be more focused around just providing services rather than building long term relationships built upon mutual respect / understanding each.
