This computer has problems!
I've had this computer for a few months now and I regret the purchase! When I click or touch the screen, the response takes a few seconds! It will probably take me three times as long to write this review! I spent an hour on the phone with a Dell tech and she seemed to fix the problem, but she'll do it again. Also, Facebook doesn't always open. Do not buy this computer! As of this writing, Dell has referred me to their software development team, who are charging $99. See my new computer. It's a bat! I called Microsoft direct and they provided tech support for free! As long as it works
