The software does not work well.
In order to create a drip it requires a lot of information from the customer and then the software requires another level of information from the customer. The system cannot perform certain actions if the required information is not provided. This means that if the customer does not provide enough information, the software will not be able to complete the action needed. In addition, the software is confusing and difficult to use. I would like more help when using this software; there should be some sort of tutorial or manual included so that those who do not understand how to properly use the software can learn quickly without having to spend hours trying to figure things out. Also, this tool needs an update. It was released four years ago and has not been updated since. If you want to improve your business processes, make sure you upgrade your technology tools!

- It is simple to use and easy to navigate through and find what you need.
- When the customer uploads their information the software sends it as a.txt file and not as an Excel file.
- It is very difficult to set up and set up a drip with the software.
