My little girl is 5.5 years old and wears a 6X/7. First I bought 6-8 years old and I was cramped. She couldn't put them on herself and her waist dug into her stomach. So I traded for 8-10 years. Fits perfectly. Now it looks more like leggings than pantyhose with a top.
