One reviewer said his printer didn't have ink, I think they got one that might have been returned or something because refills came with ink too. The print quality is excellent and I am very satisfied, impressed with the speed which is much better than my old printer. I also like the fact that this is a general purpose printer that is quite large. So if you're short on space, this printer can't get close to you. But overall I'm very happy with this printer, so far so good, no issues or complaints.
