To be honest as to why I gave this a 3 it all depends on the size. I wear a medium size all the time, and the medium size looked more like an extra large. The crotch fell about 4 inches above my knees. In terms of comfort, they were comfortable, but I only tried them on once due to the size. - UPDATED - I'm 5ft 10" and 163lbs. Initially, these pajamas did not fit due to its enormous size. I missed the return date so I had to come up with something. I washed them on a hot cycle and then dried them on a hot cycle. After both heat cycles, the pajamas fit perfectly. So with that said, these pajamas might work, but it takes a bit of MacGyvering.
