Review on 🍎 Enhanced Dehydro Digital Electric Food Dehydrator by Presto 06301 by Bill Lacy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Dehydrated foods have come to replace us.

We started buying more and more packaged dry food, fruit and dry food from the grocery store and decided that it would be in our best interest to buy a food dehydrator. After spending some time shopping online and reading various reviews, we stumbled across this one and decided to buy it. The fruit we dehydrate is now in the state we want it to be, not the solid state we bought at the store. For example, when drying bananas, the maximum length indicated in the user manual should be closer to the maximum length, so that the bananas do not become soft and do not bend. Based on our experience with drying fruit, it's best to have them a little drier than you'd like before storing, as they will soften a little after storage. Sheets and stick to the dimensions given in the recipes. Using cooking spray before pureeing the fruit roll leaves is a must; otherwise it will stick and the skin of the dried fruit cannot be easily removed. Cooking jerky is relatively easy and can be made using ingredients found in most pantries. We still have to buy ingredients that we don't have yet that we just replaced with other things. For example, sea salt and some barbecue sauce instead of hickory salt. Cleaning the dehydrator will be easier if you soak it in soapy water for about 10 minutes and then scrub it with a brush. was a good buy for our dry diet and we and our extended family enjoyed the various snacks we got dehydrated.
