This is one of those classic products designed to help those with a frugal mindset to punish ruthlessly. Knowing full well that those interested in this product are on a tight budget and don't (k) want to/can't throw for a combustion analyzer anymore. Note that this company does not mention that if your sensors fail, which is a maximum of 3 years, it will cost you $400 and you will have to wait 2-3 weeks for Testo to replace the sensors and ship them back to you. Does your company go 3 weeks without a comb analyzer? and $250 less than a new maintenance product because it's unavoidable? My company does not use this product frequently, my equipment was stored indoors not in the truck during the 24 hour storage period. I probably did about 50 home CO checks and about 12 combustion analyzes in 3 years. and worked fine until it fell about 2 feet on the carpet (because it has weak like #### magnets) and then o2 read everything off balance. Technically, CO is still good. It makes me nervous that nobody mentions this in the reviews, maybe because they don't actually own them. The tubing is 1 foot shorter, the magnets are barely strong enough to keep the block on the block. If I could do it new I would buy a 320 with field replaceable sensors. I will renovate and sell this one to get a Bacharach. which you can make yourself for about $250 for the sensors and just wait for the delivery time. there my 2C just wish they were more open about their pricing and policies. The sad thing is they were more open about the cost. Knowing full well that after 2 years you are basically buying 2 of them. I literally had a whole set of testo smart probe sensors in my Amazon cart which ironically I can't buy right now due to the huge repair price of testo's latest disappointment. All they had to do was make the sensors interchangeable in the field. Still, it does its job well, the only thing that bothers me is that the battery indicator never worked properly, always shows 1/2 to 1/3, charging 48 hours doesn't matter. I think they should provide modified board and backplate to adapt to local exchange. I would pay that fee, I can't wait 3 weeks, and buying a second one makes no sense.
