Poor packaging renders the spray unusable.
I bought this product at the end of December but didn't use it until last week, so I didn't know that the pump wasn't working. Nothing I did would pass the spray as intended. Examining the bottle's plastic protection, I found a small piece that appeared to have broken off in transit, but I was unable to reattach it. Since I made the purchase a few months ago, I consider a return to be impossible at the moment. I can only rate the scent 5 stars and since the scent is still so good 3 months after receiving it I assume the freshness is good too.
