I went with the medium (I am a size 10 lately, but I can usually wear a medium in items I've purchased on Ebay). It was a good fit, hitting right at the beltline and fitted to the torso. If you are looking for a looser fit, you might want to go a size up. I can't say enough about how soft and comfortable it is. It is machine washable or dry cleanable as well. I would recommend hanging to dry personally. The combo of viscose, polyester, and nylon gives it a nice bit of stretchiness. I will probably purchase in more colors if this holds up well. I'm very happy with the look -- good quality, nice stitching, and excellent comfort.
