Review on πŸ‘ž KIMBORA 2-Pack Over the Door Shoe Rack Organizer with 24 Large Mesh Pockets - Hanging Shoe Hanger Holder for Closet in White by Sergio Guardado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I use them to store various computer cables, no shoes

I didn't like storing various cables like USB, Ethernet, Lightning etc in drawers because they always get caught and can get pinched when opening and closing the Drawer. So I hung it on a (very tall) door and charged it. Probably a lot more than a shoe weighs, so he bent the doorknobs. Okay, it's in the back of the closet, so some screws and washers nailed it to the door. Now I can see what cables I have (I've had WAY more HDMI cables than I ever thought I'd have, but almost no USB-C), and I've set my portable test equipment (multimeters, etc.) to the lowest setting so that they are at hand. Test devices with attached cables are difficult to store in drawers). Worked great. I'm getting another set for other cabinets to house my PSU collection. We all know that wall warts breed in drawers, so maybe hanging them where I can see the voltage and current readings will keep them under control. I use p-touch labels to identify each package. Oh my god, this is nirvana compared to the boxes and boxes of tangled wires I used to have (and had to hide from my wife because of her pathological hatred of wires and cables). She has seen them, and if she does not agree, then at least she condones the collection. I don't think she has seen them yet, so that may change. In any case, try to organize small items discreetly and don't take up much floor space.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
