I need accurate measurements. Repeated measurements do not give the same result. I have to control every measurement with a tape measure - it makes no sense. Forget syncing with my phone - doesn't work. I contacted support and asked for instructions on how to operate the device - they couldn't provide anything. They answered me with useless answers. I never synced it to my phone. I used it as a laser level for deck building - didn't trust it so tested it with a line level - found it was off by 6 inches by 24 feet. Forget drawing plans as shown on the box - good luck with no instructions. I will order another one and throw this one away. Good if you just want approximate measurements inside. The laser is so weak outdoors that it has a very limited range.
