So far I'm happy with this lock. The quality is good, the kit has everything you need, even a drill, nice workmanship, comfortable keyboard, decent app and instructions. Before assembly, pay attention whether the door is left or right, then set the switch to "R" for right and "L" for left is important. Of course, at least check the installation diagrams and information for a smoother installation. I recommend watching a YouTube video after installing the phone app to make sure you're setting up other users correctly. The app offers a lot of features, but I'd like to see a few things that aren't there or I haven't seen. 1) View in the application whether the lock is on or not. 2) Specify that all users need to register in the application, and then tell the admin their phone number or email address so that the admin can send the key. 3) Pay attention to different screw lengths to use the right one. 4) Allow admins to add names to added users when they don't, so you know who's who in the logs. These are just a few suggestions. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. Appearance, product quality is very good. I recommend.
