It's nice to have a product that surprises you these days with a quality that exceeds all expectations. I didn't have high expectations when I ordered these basic 2 foot extensions (they're only short extensions after all - about $5 each), but I was pleasantly surprised to find them to be very strong and well made. Everything about them appears to be of good quality, from the molded connectors and connector attachment to the insulation of the cable itself. The ones I received had exactly 24 inches of cable between the molded connectors. I am also pleased to report that the materials used to make the product have no off flavors as promised in the description. UL certification also provides peace of mind that you will most likely hide out of sight behind or under furniture and never think of it again. I would buy one (or two) of these without hesitation. Plus, these short cords were also great when used in combination with the Sonoff Basic to create a "smart" plug that doesn't stick out of the wall, or one that needs to be accessible when your outlet is plugged in piece of furniture is blocked . The plug sticks out a little less than the baseboard in my house, which allows me to push the furniture right up against the wall while keeping the smart module's manual control button accessible when needed.
