My husband wore this belt our entire trip to Italy to keep an extra €100 safe when traveling to avoid pickpockets. The euro had to be folded 1/3 lengthwise. It is not suitable for credit cards or passports and must be removed for airport security. But it's great for travel, especially since my husband doesn't wear a money belt under his clothes because he gets too hot. However, he always wears a leather belt with jeans, so it's great. It's also high quality and well made.
