My first order was damaged in transit and I emailed Revain customer service and received a full refund. The next day I decided to reorder because it is a cute elephant figure and I was hoping it would do better than similar products. I'm glad I repeated the order and found that it works very well! It's so easy to use, you just pop it in the water tank and you're done! It dissolves the perfect amount of blue stuff with each flush and lasts for weeks (which means I don't have to clean the toilet for weeks!) It's definitely the best cleaner I can find! I would buy them again!
