I like that they have flexible scheduling options for me as well! They are very organized with their time keeping system which is great because it makes my life easier when trying to keep track of things throughout our day together at work!! It's not really anything bad about this job but just be prepared if you're looking into getting hired by them - there will likely need more training than other agencies before starting your first shift or contract assignment working here so prepare yourself accordingly.

Great agency overall though (as far as flexibility goes). This has been helpful during COVID times where we've had people who were sick unable to come back out after taking leave/quarantining etc., good solution since these clients don't want someone else coming around either while also having us stay home too due to safety concerns regarding coronavirus spread.
