Just starting out with foam board, I've always believed that if you want to do a good job, you need the right tools. I did some research and it seemed to me that this kit can be bought. It has a few downsides, but overall this kit does what it was designed to do: users can cut the foam in a variety of ways. There are some great ideas in this set - for example, using magnets to hold the blades in place until secured was a brilliant move. Do you store the blades in anything other than the directly built-in circular cutters? Another great idea. My disappointment with the kit is very minor - for example, the 6001 straight cutter's blade is about two inches from the channel guide, requiring you to align the blade with both ends of the line before cutting. . A similar frustration exists with the groove cutter. The instructions are only a few pages long and some details are annoyingly vague. Luckily, the parts themselves are mostly foolproof if you look at them a little - and the manufacturer has a bunch of YouTube videos that are some of the best informative videos I've seen.
