Basket is perfect for InnSky after changing grip. Our InnSky fryer basket has become heavily encrusted with fat over the past few years, even with regular washing. I tried several cleaners and finally some strong degreasers and an oven cleaner but I couldn't clean the thing for life. Rather than buying a new fryer I looked for a replacement basket and Cosori was the only thing that worked for me. The Cosori handle does not fit the InnSky fryer BUT I read in one of the Q&A that someone successfully swapped the handles so I gave it a go. The holes for it are in the same place and the swap worked out perfectly. We now have a brand new basket and I bought silicone fryer mats to make them last longer and it was a fraction of what I would pay for a new fryer. One thing to note is that the screws on the Cosori are shorter so do not remove the screws on the InnSky so they can be reused.
