Review on Wilton Recipe Right Non-Stick Square Brownie Baking Pan with Lid - Perfect for Transporting Delicious Desserts from Home to Party! by Ben Olson

I've used it twice since I got it two weeks ago and it's great for baking. (Contrary to many reviews, it appears to have a non-stick surface.) My only minor issue, and the reason for four stars instead of five, is that the lid is quite difficult to remove. As many here have said, this is better than having the lid ripped off in transit, but it's still a bit annoying. I prefer the 9 x 13 pan I have with the lid that attaches with slide latches and also has a carrying handle, but I don't always have to bake a cake that big. If Wilton (or any other brand) made a smaller pan with this type of lid I'd definitely be interested.
