I like the headset - works well. The boom mic could be a bit longer to accommodate larger heads. However, it was not apparent that a separate accessory had to be ordered for the headset to work. The headset ends with a proprietary connector and you will need to order a different part that matches the connector for your device. When I opened the package, everything became clear to me and I ordered the right connector for my smartphone. This leads to my main objection: manufacturers' websites in the US and Canada are completely unclear on this and it is very difficult to navigate and identify the correct part if you don't already know their terminology and product structure. I appreciate their modular approach now that I need a separate USB port. However, it was damn hard to find because I didn't have the right search term. I haven't yet identified a connector with a dedicated microphone output, but I suspect it is. The lack of information on Amazon and other sites is rooted in the imperfect organization of the Sennheisser website. Another minor downside: the company doesn't manufacture and I can't find a hard travel case anywhere that matches its reduced thickness, allowing me to slip it in my briefcase without increasing the bulge. Slim but nothing accessible.
