Excellent device for improving wrist flexion.
I purchased this device to aid in the physical therapy of a recovering stroke victim. I found it's simple design and ease of use, makes it more desirable or likely for an individual to use. I did find the range of motion is greater suited for wrist flexion, as opposed to extension. However, it does produce positive results for both.
