Review on Koss KEB15I In Ear Headphone Purple by Peggy Snow

This is by no means a bad product and given its price range a good buy compared to most brands. If you're looking for something affordable it's definitely worth checking out, but this isn't the best Koss model in terms of sound quality. They are alright. They work. The sound quality is better than most other brands. However, I was such a fan of Koss headphones that they let me down. I've been using a model that is no longer made (KE29. They were in the same price range as these) for about ten years and I love them so much I bought them as a backup. When switching from old to this, the difference is noticeable. I'm not sound savvy enough to detail the differences, but the sound quality on this new pair is definitely a mess. It just doesn't have the sonic clarity I've come to expect from Koss. And while both pairs are made of plastic, the KEB is lighter and slightly cheaper. I'll keep and use them, but I just don't like them as much as I was hoping.
