Helps my middle aged hair a lot!
Thank God for Ebay. I couldn't find this stuff in stores anymore! Lots of other Frieda products but not not this. I skip the conditioner in the shower and use this leave in lotion on the bottom half of my hair. My hair grows faster because it doesn't break anymore. I realized that when I used rinse out conditioner I was over rinsing it thmo get the sliminess out and it was drying my hair out. Now my hair is smooth and flexible and soft and I have more body on top. At 55 you know your hair wants to be just gross and dry and frizzy.
