A few things to improve
Rear black screws are difficult to tighten because they are small and slippery, poor design. Head rest itselves could be bigger for better support. And the leather-like material smells like rubber.Overall OK product, but having used other products of this kind, I can't really suggest this one.

- May not be adjustable to fit people of different heights or body types, leaving some users with inadequate support
