I am very disappointed. The last whipped cream I had (I still would have, but someone in this house lost some vital parts) worked great for years. Until the day the pieces were gone. This one, which I paid a high price for, worked once and then failed to hold the seal or mix the 'gas' properly; I'm not sure which. When I put the barrel in and tighten it "sounds" fine, but as soon as I pull the trigger the cream squirts and I can't stop - the trigger stays open even after I let go. The only way to prevent it from spraying all over the kitchen is to get rid of the "gas". I've tried new (gas) cans, fresh cream, more and less vanilla/sugar, etc., but now it happens every time. So I give up and throw my $50 device (plus a few bucks for ingredients) in the trash. It's time to look for an alternative. Sad.
