I must have been unlucky. As you can see from the photos the packaging is fine and the outer sleeve (green) is fine but the tape is totally unusable as is. I would never risk using any of this on a sealer as we all know how fun it is to seal joints more than once. I have to assume that the machine that puts the tape on the spool was misaligned. For this particular roll, as you can see in the picture where the roll of tape is vertical, if you look closely at the tape from left to right you can see all the different layers. I'm sure the tape will work fine when it's ok, but the quality control seems to have room for improvement.
