Works amazing on my review.

Used a PS4 controller at a LAN Smash tournament and this adapter worked perfectly for any console I needed to play on. Do make sure you read the instructions about turning on the "Pro Controller Wired Communication" setting—this was required for my controller to work on the Nintendo Switches. Also works great for my PC which was having problems getting bluetooth working with this PS4 controller.
