Excellent system. Our business is very small so not sure if it's worth the monthly fee but we like the quality of the receptionist who picks up the phone when you call. It is designed so that you can buy multiple accounts/extensions. So if you only have one main phone, it's probably a waste of money. We expect to buy more extensions in the future, so the monthly management fee is justified. The online options are nice, they don't give you full control over the device. There were a few things I wish we could do (and you're assuming we can) but after speaking to Ooma support they said it wasn't possible. If we had to repeat it I would choose another service for the same price but we are happy with what we have.
