Product was folded and bagged with the fabric facing outward. The bag was sealed shut via tape with some adhesive. This adhesive, instead of connecting to just the plastic packaging itself, however, was stuck to the fabric of the mat which cannot be removed as it is stuck pretty firmly to the fabric. It would have been whatever if I couldn’t get it off the other side but it’s attached to the fabric side. I’m sure the mat itself is fine but it’s pretty lame to order what you think will be a nice bath mat so have it arrive with the packaging stuck to the fabric of the mat and cannot be easily removed. I had ordered another one of these mats for my other bathroom at the time of purchase without knowing it would arrive like this, so I’m hoping when the other arrives it doesn’t have the same thing. I will not order this brand again.
