This skirt… Bizarre. But not necessarily in a negative sense. I was just surprised by its structure I guess. The fabric is incredibly soft. It reminds me of very soft leggings... But in the form of a skirt. The belt, like the rest of the dress, has a stretch so you can probably go smaller and get away with it if you like keeping it looking tight. I only put on a top and accidentally pinned it up for the photo so it looks a bit plump. Everything you wear underneath will be visible, including the panty line. I'm 5 feet 3 inches and 118 pounds. Sizes 34-29-34. I ordered a small one. Considering the fabric the skirt is made of and the elasticity of the waistband, I could have ordered a medium size and it would have been fine. This is a very comfortable skirt, which in turn resembles leggings or pajamas. If that appeals to you, then by all means order at a price.
