I've searched everywhere and found you need to disable 5ghz to connect this to your wifi and phone if you have a network system. Bad design on your part, but good. Figured out how to do it. Then I could see the Govee network. Big. Click the buttons to connect. It says to move my Govee device closer to the Wi-Fi router to complete the setup. It's up, I'm down. Excellent. Get up 4 feet from your Wi-Fi router and start over. Tells me again that I'm too far from the wireless router. I unplug it and plug it into an outlet so it's less than an inch from the wireless router. Keeps telling me I need to move it closer. Give up and throw it in the trash because someone in my house threw the box away before I finished installing it. A complete waste of time, effort and money. NOT PROVIDED.
