There are two issues I would like to report. 1) The pins holding the phone are not rigid and one of them was bent, possibly due to the tight, unsuitable packaging it was placed in. , The phone does not lie flat in the holder. Actually, that's just a small problem. 2) A more serious issue for me is that the clips that hold the phone cord in my hands don't have room for easy placement of my cord. Although I managed to attach it, I cut open the cable's outer sheath in several places and tried to snap the clips back into place. Likewise, the grooves in the base of the stand that the cable fits into are also too small for my cable size and you have to fit it into the groove. I'm worried that you can easily break the inner wire of the cable. To be honest I don't have an 'official Apple cable' and this may not be a problem for other people. should be good.
