Review on Sleep Soundly With WavHello SoundBub: Brown Benji Bear White Noise Machine And Bluetooth Speaker For Babies by Joe Bailey

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's okay. Not what I wanted. Don't like nature sounds.

The physical design to make it baby friendly is nice. I do like the multi-purpose hanger to stand. However, the functionality and choices of music for my family just did not work. We are pretty dependent on "pink noise" and my kids love it too. Any kind of nature sound just does not do justice compared to pink noise. I wish there was some storage to add a choice through the app they provide instead of depending on Bluetooth. Plus Bluetooth isn't always dependable. When I have hooked up to play all night with the other pink noise song (that loops every 30 min) that is stored on my iPad it sometimes won't play all night and all the sudden it just won't be playing and the bub is blinking. Speaking of the blinking, the blue light on top is way too bright. I honestly think it scares my infant in the dark when it's blinking rapidly like that like they are in some dance club with flashing lights. I would consider this a VERY unfriendly baby product design flaw! I more bought this product because I thought there was a way to store the white noise NOT nature sound from the app songs. Again, using Bluetooth is a last resort for night time music. Yes, it will be fine with babe gets older and we can play normal nursery rhymes on it. I am still not impressed with this product though especially for the price. It's basically a cute, teething friendly portable Bluetooth speaker with a hook.

Pros
  • Safe and reliable technology
Cons
  • The product's sound selection is not appropriate for all ages
