Advantages: - Large cushion. That means you can carry more hardware around with you. Convenience. You can wear it all day with virtually no discomfort. Price. Cheaper than some other brands - security. Since there is no conductive material, you can work with live power supplies if necessary. Cons: - While the lack of a metal buckle makes this product safer to work with live power supplies, it can be awkward to attach without a strap. - The magnet is not as strong as some other brands. Bottom Line: This wrist might not be as strong as some of the other products I use, but it's the largest (at least the largest I've used) which means I can carry more gear and it gets the job done . The reason I gave this product four stars is because it doesn't have a buckle to fasten the strap around your wrist. So it might be a little cumbersome to protect it. But once you attach the magnet the way you want it, you'll forget you even have it, and for the price, it does what it's supposed to do.
