Review on eFORCE Municipal Court Software by James Crofton

eFORCE is easy to use once the user has gone through training provided by eFORCE. There are many options which make managing the system easy. I especially like how much easier it makes filling out the reports required for various agencies. I like that the data entry can be done within the program as well. You can see your numbers of cases completed versus new cases started. It also shows the amount of time spent on each case. One thing that can be improved upon in my opinion is to have other vendors' services integrated via an API or webservice. If there is any downtime with eFORCE, its usually due to having high demand at the time and not because of fault with the product. As long as there are enough employees to handle the volume of data, eFORCE handles itself well. The ease of using this software far outweighs all of the problems associated with the initial setup and learning curve. The software is easy enough for me to use without any training. I can input my own information into it with ease. It makes keeping up with court dates very simple. There are some minor issues that need to be addressed but nothing too major. As long as your willing to put in time and energy this program will work well for you. We have been able to keep our records more organized than before.
