Review on Columbia Mens Classic Logo Belt by Joe Roberts

I already have one of these belts so I decided to buy another one. This belt is everything. The name, the size, where it was made are completely similar. However, my old belt and my new belt differ by about 3 inches. So now I'm confused as to which belt is actually the right size and why there is such a difference in length for the same size. I think I know the answer to this question? I'll let you handle it.
